This policy explains the cookies and similar storage we use on our website and web application.

1. Strictly necessary (always on)

• Session — keeps you logged in as you move between pages.
• Security — CSRF protection and login-attempt throttling.
• Preferences — theme (light/dark), sidebar state and similar UI choices stored on your device.

These are required for the product to function and cannot be disabled. They expire with the session or within 12 months.

2. Analytics (aggregated only)

We measure page visits on our marketing pages to understand which guides help. Analytics inside the application (message volumes, campaign stats) are computed from your own workspace data and never shared.

3. What we don't do

• No advertising trackers, pixels or cross-site profiling inside the application.
• No sale of cookie-derived data.
• Embedded YouTube players in help articles may set Google cookies when played — that's Google's policy, linked under each video.

4. Your controls

Block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; the login session requires cookies to work, so blocking all cookies will sign you out. "Do Not Track" signals are respected for analytics.
