Terms of Service

These terms form a contract between you ("customer", "you") and DeskBees WAO ("we", "us") for the WhatsApp Business Platform at this website. Creating a workspace means you accept them.

1. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be 18+ and able to enter contracts, and use a valid work email.
• You are responsible for all activity under your users' logins — use strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
• One person per login; sharing agent credentials across staff is prohibited.

2. What the service does (and doesn't)

We provide software that connects to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform using credentials you supply. Message delivery depends on Meta, carriers and recipients; we do not guarantee delivery times or read rates, and conversation fees billed by Meta are separate from our subscription.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, fraud, hateful or unlawful content, or messages to people who have not opted in. You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies, telecom regulations (including TRAI/UCC rules in India) and honour opt-outs promptly. We may suspend workspaces that trigger quality-rating blocks, spam signals or legal complaints, with notice where practical.

4. Plans, trial and billing

• New workspaces start with a 7-day full-feature trial, no card required.
• Paid plans bill monthly in advance in INR (plus GST where applicable). Changing plans takes effect at the next cycle; downgrades keep paid features until then.
• Conversation and message overage charges from Meta are passed through where applicable and shown in Analytics.
• Failed payments trigger reminders; service may pause after 7 days overdue until resolved.

5. Fair use

Broadcast throughput and automation runs are throttled to protect number quality. Enterprise tiers raise these limits. Abusive patterns (list bombing, template evasion) may be rate-limited or suspended.

6. Your data and IP

You own your workspace data (contacts, messages, templates, flows). You grant us a licence to process it solely to operate the service. Our software, branding and the DeskBees name remain ours; nothing here transfers IP rights.

7. Termination

Either side may terminate with 30 days' notice; you may also simply stop renewing. On termination you have 30 days to export data, after which it is deleted per the Privacy Policy. We may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment or unlawful use.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what law requires. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost messages, Meta-side outages).

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms with 15 days' emailed notice; continued use means acceptance. Questions: support@deskbees.com. Disputes are governed by the laws of India with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
